Here you will find a collection of objects for use in the kitchen that are both useful and beautiful. They have been chosen with a focus on good design, using sustainable natural materials. Made well, to withstand repeated daily use and still be pleasing to you in years to come.

In the mix are ceramics handmade by potters in Kent; oak food boards, rails and hooks from Creamore Mill in Shropshire; brushes and other functional items from Iris Hantverk in Sweden— whose vision is to revive traditional Swedish brush-binding techniques, whilst supporting visually impaired craftspeople—and Lapuan Kankurit’s sustainable linens, woven and dyed in Finland, with a policy of working towards zero-waste production.

Alongside these are books and journals focused on cookery and the provenance of drinks and food, and our own range of teas selected with help from Postcard Teas, who work with small tea plantations and organic farms across Asia and Europe. And last, and maybe most importantly, handcrafted chocolate: from Bare Bones, a small independent chocolatier in Glasgow, and from Pump Street’s Bakery in Suffolk.
